"Ein absolut unglaublicher Abend im Verbene! Das 6-Gänge-Menü ist ein absolutes Must-have – jede einzelne Kreation war nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch so kreativ, ausgefallen und mit einer riesigen Portion Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die vegetarische Version des Voie Gras Signature-Dishs (mit Verbene, mille feuille, Blaubeeren & Vanille) – das war der absolute Wahnsinn! So eine geniale, pflanzliche Interpretation von etwas, das normalerweise tierisch ist, habe ich noch nie probiert. Es schmeckte einfach himmlisch, cremig, fruchtig und total raffiniert – besser als viele klassische Varianten! Die Maronensuppe war auch der Hammer, und das gesamte Menü zeigt, wie viel Herz und Kreativität hier drinsteckt. Der Service war aufmerksam, herzlich und super kompetent – man merkt einfach die Leidenschaft des Teams. Kurz gesagt: Wenn ihr in der Region seid (und besonders, wenn ihr vegetarisch/vegan unterwegs seid), geht hier unbedingt hin! Es lohnt sich bei jedem Gang. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Genussabend! “"

"Really enjoyed my 1st Koblenz meal! We were seated on the terrace facing the Rhine & the fort; best place to be on a summer night. A know how & friendly staff and most importantly delicious, fresh food. We sampled a few fresh summer appetizers & I had the steak tartare as a main: Bien relevé with a Mediterranean twist, served with Tarator (tahini sauce), pickled turnips & harrisa... Well done!"
